Returns

Merchandise may be returned only when specifically authorized by Tompkins. No returns after thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. There is a minimum handling charge of 20% unless the return is due to shipment errors or defective merchandise. Any credit allowance will be based on condition of the merchandise, subject to our inspection. Made-to-order adapters are not returnable unless proven defective.

Credit Returns

"Special" Made-to-order adapters are not returnable unless proven defective.

 

Cancellation

After acceptance by Tompkins no order may be cancelled or altered by the buyer without written consent of Tompkins.

 

Warranty

Tompkins warrants its products to the buyer against defects in material and workmanship for sixty (60) days from date of shipment. TOMPKINS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

 

Shortages, Damages

No claims against Tompkins for shortages will be allowed unless reported within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Tompkins shall not be liable for any delay, loss or damage to goods after delivery of goods to the carrier.
